The standard quadruple room was modern and had central heating. the staff was accommodating and responsive to requests. the hotel was in a beautiful location, near everything. the quadruple room was updated with central heating, a work desk, and a TV with satellite channels. the staff were attentive and quick to respond to any needs. Situated in a beautiful spot, the hotel is conveniently located close to everything.

This place has a great location, with views of the islands and situated near the mountains, the outskirts of Stresa, and the lake.

The hotel hosts provided outstanding hospitality and conversation. We felt very welcome to their family home. The location was extraordinary...with a view of Isola Bella and Pescatori right outside our window! The room was clean and comforatable. The free parking was a huge plus. The breakfasts were very good...we looked forward every morning to the cappucini and croissants. The hotel was close to both Baveno town center and Stresa, and a prime location for boat trips around the lake.

Having to cross the street from the parking lot to the hotel. Since there was well-appriciated parking, this is not such a problem, it just make me a little nervous.

The Villa is off limits you are only allowed for breakfast.. the actual apratments are on a side building . Internet is by the hour .You need a car to arrive.

everything was great, nice staff, excellent views of the lake. the beds were comfy, the rooms were spotless and modern. location: the hotel was not far from a cable car up the mountain and the boats to isla bella. it also was down to the lake front.

I stayed here for one night and had a fantastic experience; the room was well-kept, functional, and even had a shower and hairdryer.

Hotel Villa Ruscello was just what I was looking for - small, cosy and with a magnificent view :-) It is a two star hotel, but rooms are okay and clean and the staff is extremely friendly. I would recommend the hotel any time.

The traffic noise from the train is significant - bring ear plugs.
